Locum Service
This nationwide Locum service has a clear intent to become the hub or portal for accessing and placing Locum Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians within and around New Zealand.
Practices around the country can access Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians to cover both planned, and unscheduled leave, or simply provide cover for owner operators to take some leave themselves.
Equally, Locum Optoms & DO's can advise locations around New Zealand where they wish to have a locum placement. We'll look to match existing Practice need with opportunity, creating working holidays for many, income, freedom, and lifestyle for others.
For practice owners, simply email your requirements and we'll be back in contact with you inside 24 hours, our ideal is to meet the needs of each and every enquiry. Advance notice will greatly enhance our ability to realise this ideal.
For Locum Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians if you are already a New Zealand registered, simply email your location ideals and duration of work desired together with a copy of your CV. Our aim is to respond within 24 hours.
If you are not currently New Zealand registered, this need not be a barrier. We have successfully recruited Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians internationally, who wish to move to New Zealand for the long-term. They view the process of going through NZ registration as a worthwhile one, once they realise the benefits and lifestyle gains New Zealand has to offer.
